SUMMER CONCERTS AT THE GAZEBO

Addison Center for the Arts hosts Summer Concerts at the Gazebo on Tuesday Evenings in 2024!

Bring your lawn chairs and coolers full of your favorite relaxing beverages for another summer of music under the stars. The concerts are from 7 to 9 pm at the Addison Village Green Gazebo, located at 1 Friendship Plaza.

Summer Concerts at the Gazebo kicks off on Tuesday, July 9th with Karla & the Phat Cats. They play great covers of pop music featuring the outstanding female vocals of their lead singer. They cover music such as Elle King, Amy Winehouse and more.

The Addison Historical Museum will be open before the show on July 9th from 5 – 7 p.m. for free tours!

Here is the schedule for the remaining ACA Concerts in the Gazebo:

July 16th: Lake Effect – This band is back for their fourth year at the Gazebo. They are an 8-piece rock band that features a great horn section, guitar, bass, keyboard and their amazing lead vocalist

July 23rd: Capriciosso String Quartet – They’re back for their second year at the Gazebo, bringing a touch of class with them! While attendees are not expected to wear our gowns, tiaras or tuxes, CSQ’s music is so elegant that we might feel under dressed.

July 30th: FUZE – This Latin-infused powerhouse is back to rock the Gazebo! You won’t want to miss this fan favorite.

August 13th: The Gina Martini Band – Gina Martini is a born entertainer whose voice brings to mind a velvety mix of Rosemary Clooney, Etta James and Amy Winehouse. She can croon a smokey ballad one minute, then swing a jazz hit or belt the blues the next, and never miss a beat. The Band is heavily influenced by jazz and soul rhythms, and they can fill the room with danceable pop oldies!

The Addison Historical Museum will be open from 5 – 7 p.m. for free tours prior to the show on August 13th!

August 20th: Reunion Jazz Orchestra – This Chicago-area favorite has doctors, architects, information technology professionals, music educators, executives, and entrepreneurs. The band has an authentic swing, but it also plays ballads, progressive, some Latin, and some powerful big band rock.

August 27th: Bottled Blues Band – We look forward to this band bringing their unique blues tunes to the Gazebo for the very first time!
