Army Trail Road Resurfacing

Roadwork is scheduled to begin on Army Trail Road, immediately west of Route 53, the week of May 30.

A contractor for DuPage County Department of Transportation will perform pavement maintenance and resurfacing of Army Trail Road from Route 53 to Schmale Road in Bloomingdale, and from County Farm Road to 84th Court in Hanover Park.

In addition to daytime curb and sidewalk work, milling and paving will occur at night (7 pm to 6 am) for the section between Route 53 and Swift Road in order to avoid rush hour traffic near the I-355 exchanges.

Residents are advised to take caution driving through these areas, and to consider alternate routes during construction.
