File #ZBA-07-23: A variation request to the following Sections of the Village of Addison Zoning Ordinance: Section II.H.2 to allow a proposed garage to be built forward of the home, but not to extend forward of the required 30-foot front yard setback; and to Section II.J.1.g to allow a proposed fence to be located forward of the principal building, but not to extend forward of the required 30-foot front yard setback; and a variation to Section II.J.2.d (Figure 20-H) to allow the width of the driveway to be 20-feet the full length of the driveway, instead of tapering to 10 feet, as measured starting at 20-feet from the garage. The subject property is zoned R2 Single Family Residence District.
