Profile: Appointed to fill a vacated term in 1992, elected to first full term in 1993 and re-elected in 1997, 2001 and 2005. Mrs. Layne serves as Chair of the Finance and Policy Committee of the Village Board. Previously served as a member of the Plan Commission. Mrs. Layne and her husband Donald have lived in Addison since 1966.
