Planning an event in town, but not sure where to begin? Do you need a permit? A street blocked off? Assistance?

The Village of Addison Events Planning Guide can help, whether you're planning a block party, fundraiser or other event.

The guide can help in two ways:

	Do It Yourself – If you're experienced with putting on events, the Planning Guide will provide you with all the permits and phone numbers you will need to arrange the event and make all contacts yourself. A step-by-step checklist will help you be sure to cover everything!
	Let Us Help – The Community Relations Department can help you coordinate with all village departments. Fill out the forms included in the Planning Guide and bring it to Community Relations at least 60 days prior to the event and we will work with you to be sure things run smoothly.
