The Village of Addison has enacted ordinance Section 11-117 of Chapter 11, Article X. This ordinance will took effect June 15, 2007 and will require:

• Fees be paid for all overweight permits (Payment to the Village of Addison)
• An unlimited company permit fee will be available
• Evidence of general liability insurance of $1,000,000

• Copy of the new overweight/over dimension ordinance
• New permit fee schedule
• Copy of the new overweight/over dimension vehicle movement permit
• Copy of Overweight Permit Credit Card Payment Sheet
