Employee BenefitsThe Village of Addison offers a very competitive compensation package to its 207 full-time and 59 part-time employees. All full-time employees have the choice of a PPO or HMO health/vision/dental plan, will be part of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (with the exception of sworn officers of the Police Department), and provided term life insurance. Further, full-timers have the option of utilizing any of two deferred compensation plans.
